Need Additional Help? #
If the phone is unable to obtain an IP address or displays 0.0.0.0, verify that:
- The network cable is securely connected.
- The phone is connected to an active network port.
- The network provides DHCP (automatic IP addressing), or the phone has been configured with a valid static IP address.
If the issue persists, contact your system administrator or IT support for further assistance.
