If you need to access your Polycom phone’s web interface or troubleshoot network connectivity, you’ll first need to locate its IP address. The IP address can be viewed directly from the phone’s menu.

1. Press the Home button #
Press the Home button on your Polycom desk phone to open the main menu.
2. Open Settings #
From the Home screen, select Settings.
3. Select Status #
Choose 4. Status from the Settings menu.
4. Select Network #
Choose 2. Network.
5. Open TCP/IP Parameters #
Select 1. TCP/IP Parameters.
6. Locate the IPv4 Addr #
The phone’s IPv4 Addr is the device’s IP address.
