If you need to access your Cisco phone’s web interface or troubleshoot network connectivity, you’ll first need to locate its IP address. You can find it directly from the phone’s menu.

Step-by-Step Instructions #
1. Press the Menu or Setup Button #
Press the Menu or Setup button on your Cisco desk phone.
Note: Depending on the model, the button may display a gear icon or a folded paper icon.
2. Select Status #
From the menu, select Status.
3. Open Network Status #
Select Network Status.
On some Cisco models, this option may simply be labeled Network.
4. Locate the IP Address #
The phone’s IP Address will be displayed on the screen.
