📝 How to Use Call Forwarding #
📲 1. Enable Call Forwarding – *72

Usage:
Dial *72
, then enter the destination number followed by #
.
Example:
*72 15551234567 #
✅ You’ll hear a confirmation tone or message that forwarding is now enabled.
🛑 2. Disable Call Forwarding – *73
#
Usage:
Dial *73
to immediately turn off any currently active call forwarding.
Example:
*73
✅ The system will play a confirmation tone or message.
🔄 3. Toggle Call Forwarding – *74
#
Usage:
- If no forwarding is active, dial
*74
and the system will prompt: “Enter the destination telephone number then press pound [#]” ➤ Enter the number you want to forward to, followed by#

- If forwarding is already active, dialing
*74
will disable it immediately.
✅ Audio prompts will confirm whether forwarding was enabled or disabled.
