Call Pickup (also known as Call Intercept) allows you to answer a call that is ringing on another extension.
This is useful when:
- 👤 A colleague is away from their desk
- 🕒 The phone is ringing but not being answered
- 🤝 You want to assist another team member
Instead of letting the call go to voicemail, you can quickly pick it up from your own phone.
🔔 How It Works #
When a call is ringing on another extension, you can dial a special code from your phone to answer it.

The call will immediately transfer to your phone and you can speak with the caller.

- 📞 Notice a phone ringing that is not being answered.

- The call must still be actively ringing.
