Access your DataPhone voicemail from anywhere using any external phone. This is useful when you’re away from the office or not logged into your desk phone.
✅ What You’ll Need #
🔹 Your DataPhone phone number (direct or main number)
🔹 Your voicemail PIN/password
🔹 Any phone (mobile or landline)
🪜 Step-by-Step Instructions #
1️⃣ Call Your Number #
📱 Dial your DataPhone extension number or your company’s main phone number from an outside phone.
2️⃣ Wait for the Voicemail Greeting #
⏳ Let the call ring until your personal voicemail greeting begins playing.
3️⃣ Press # #
🔢 While the greeting is playing, press the # key on your phone keypad.
This will interrupt the greeting and prompt you for your voicemail password.
4️⃣ Enter Your Voicemail Password #
🔐 When prompted, enter your voicemail PIN/password
➡️ Press # again if instructed.
5️⃣ Listen to Your Messages #
🎧 Once logged in, you can:
- ▶️ Listen to new or saved messages
- 🗑️ Delete messages
- 💾 Save messages
- ⚙️ Manage voicemail settings (if enabled)
💡 Helpful Tips #
✔️ If you miss the greeting timing, hang up and try again
✔️ Press # during the greeting — not after
✔️ Keep your voicemail PIN secure
