Overview #
We’ve made some important updates to the Bulletins application to streamline admin access and improve usability. These changes affect how recordings are managed and how admins interact with the system.
❌ Removal of the 0000 Option #
The previous admin method — using the 0000 option to record new bulletins — has been removed.
✅ New Admin Options (Within a Bulletin) #
Admins can now manage bulletin recordings directly while inside a bulletin. The following options are available:

| 00 | Record a new message |
| 07 | Delete the currently played recording |
| 08 | Replace the currently played recording |
🔐 Security Note: Admins will be prompted to enter their PIN before accessing these options.
⚠️ Important Notes #
- To manage bulletin recordings using 00, 07, or 08, you must first listen to the hotline recording you want to manage.

For example, if you want to edit Hotline 1, press 1 to enter the hotline.
Then, while the recording is playing, press 00, 07, or 08 to manage it.
