# 📞 Call Pickup / Call Intercept – User Guide

## 📌 Overview

**Call Pickup (also known as Call Intercept)** allows you to answer a call that is ringing on another extension.

This is useful when:

- 👤 A colleague is away from their desk
- 🕒 The phone is ringing but not being answered
- 🤝 You want to assist another team member

Instead of letting the call go to voicemail, you can quickly pick it up from your own phone.

## 🔔 How It Works

When a call is ringing on another extension, you can dial a special code from your phone to answer it.

If the call is ringing on extension **121**, dial:

The call will immediately transfer to your phone and you can speak with the caller.

## 🛠 Step-by-Step Instructions

1. 📞 Notice a phone ringing that is not being answered.
2. ☎️ Pick up your handset (or go off-hook).

4. 🎤 You are now connected to the caller.

- You must know the extension number that is ringing.
- The call must still be actively ringing.
